My Conflict Clinic provides workplace conflict management services and training to individuals and organisations. We understand conflict can be stressful and damaging. We can help you to:

Even though the differences from which conflict arises are part of everyday life, most people have no road map or structure to help them navigate conflict so that it can be resolved or managed constructively – this is one of the reasons why conflict is so stressful. If we develop our conflict confidence, conflict and its resolution can also be an opportunity for learning, growth, connection and team or organisational culture improvement and development. 

We base our services and training on the following KEYS to conflict confidence:

Knowledge – Clients are provided with external knowledge about conflict dynamics, conflict style tendencies, and interest-based negotiation. Supporting them to develop their understanding of conflict so they can constructively engage with conflict instead of just reacting to it or avoiding it, and feeling frustration or regret later.

Empowerment – Clients are empowered to broaden their perspective, identify options and alternatives, and make their own choices about a way forward, so that they can develop a conflict management strategy and action plan.  This supports clients to create solutions that suit their circumstances, so they can regain a sense of control, instead of feeling lost and powerless.

Yours – Clients set their own goals about what they want to achieve and use a process of action learning to apply new knowledge, new perspectives, and new understandings of conflict to their chosen conflict situation. This supports clients to gain a sense of clarity and perspective instead of confusion.

Skill – Clients develop their practical conflict management skills, so that they can feel confident and competent instead of feeling at a complete loss about how to go about dealing with the conflict.
